12 weeks ago i went to the licencing dept jhb langlaagte to renew my drivers license after 6 weeks i went to collect my renewal but to my surprise i was told my fingerprints don't match then i started again the whole process of renewal but again after 6 weeks same thing again my drivers license came back with the NO PRINT sign on the fingerprint space and they just gave it to me like that i just don't understand and don't know what to do now
