City Power Johannesburg
No Power since 2nd Sep 3013

I have no power at my home in Ormonde since the 2nd of September 2013. All city power says is that there is a backlog of calls and there is nothing that can be done. I find that story absolutely appalling. Please can anyone at city power be held liable for this poor lack of service.
