Every day there has been power faults in the area, I've already spent my whole airtime (R135.00) on logging reports just for the power to go out yet again!!! City Power say that they are not liable for any consumables that go off due to the power outages, what about my electronics and, so help me, what about medical costs if my family or I get sick due to the spoilt food?? I know no one from City Power will respond to this complaint proving their useless service etiquette.
