I have to say that the call centre agent at Experian are so unreliable and unprofessional, I have logged a dispute for a accounts that was opened on my name with them and a very long time ago and they did not get back to me so me thinking that they have resolved the issue since it was over a month I went to apply for a modem and they told me that my name is still under ITC and I am a high risk since I have got a bad name with the credit bureau, so I called an agent which unfortunately did not get her name she told me that the issue is not yet resolved but she will look into it and contact me which she never did even today. She did not even give me a reference number to follow up my query. I want my name taken off the ITC since I always pay my dues and have never ever skipped any payment on all accounts I have opened not the once.
