I live at No 7 11th avenue in Mayfair and we have had no power since 15:45 yesterday 19/10/13, it seems like it is only our street that does not have power. I have tried calling the call centre on multiple occasions from 16:30 19/10/13 until 07:40 20/10/13this morning with no success. I have held on for a combined time of 2 and a half hours and still continue to get the message of high call volume even an 07:00 20/10/13 this morning. I have 2 children including a baby who is ill and requires hot milk which is not possible, this is unacceptable service and needs to be addressed urgently.
Ive tried account queries consultants for assistance but they were reluctant to assist or forward my call on to the technical department.
Can someone please assist is urgently resolving the power issue.
