For 4 days, we've been without out water, we phoned the call centre how many times. According to them our water metre has a limit on it, but we did not signed any documents. Gladmen, one of the guys on standby about fixing the water metre, while not even making effort looking for the right adress. While speaking to Belinda (supervisor) and stating that Gladmen was not even here yet, but she believed him. This is realy bad service, and we are requesting the documents that was signed by us
