No Service from the City of Cape Town Municipality

Hi,

I logged a complaint with the City of Cape Town, the street light department about a street light that have been out for more than 3 months. I called them more than five times and the only feedback i receive is they will send a follow up email to the head office. My reference number is 1005352736. The street light that is not working plays a huge role in the lightening of the street, it is very risky coming home at night for the road is very dark.

I do not know who to contact to get the street lamp fixed.
