Held on for 21 minutes no response to emails eithe

Good Day

Please can someone assist. I have tried calling to no answer for several days even held on for 21 minutes today. Sent emails to no joy. Pretoria is far away and I need help with documents required and how I can provide them to you electronically to gain my CK number. I managed to get a tracking number already. Pretty please help.
