I feel the only way I am going to get through or by receiving proper information is by having to put myself in a position of complaining or stressing a concern_ and quite frankly I'd much prefer a straight answer- I need information regarding recent documents about a trademark and on many occassions, a few phone calls and emails, there is no answer, reply or response- I am not sure if CIPC is undergoing something whereby they just don't correspond... Either way- I just need clarification and peace of mind.. Because I am not 100 percent sure on what it is I should do or should not do... Please.. A response would be appreciated.
