The driver who does the 16h35 shift for the above mentioned route is very rude to passengers. To be exact he is very rude to me all the time and i dont know why. He drives very rough and he sometimes leaves people behind but the are certain individuals who are maybe his friends and they are girls and he never leaves them no matter what. Yesterday when i wanted to jump off he closed the door on me and what if it slammed on me and hurt me. The robot was closed and the door was opened all he had to do was to tell me this was not a bus stop and i can't jump off instead of closing the door on my face. I thought it would not be a problem since some other drivers let us get off if the robot is closed. He also knows where i jump off regularly but he sometimes passes the stop with me standing right there in front getting ready to jump off. The bottom line is everyone is scared to talk because once he sees or hear you talking you become a target of being left behind. He drives so badly like he owns the road. Im so angry because im always getting bad treatment from him and it baffles me why because i hardly talk to him i just get in the bus and sit. I think he is towards me. Help.
