I have logged so many calls... and every month I need to phone them to e-mail me a statement!! They ALWAYS tend to have a problem with their system.
If they cannot e-mail why cannot they post it for the month - but no you can only CHOOSE ONE OPTION!
They even had the nerve to charge me interest in May - although I logged numerous requests for a statement!! So fed up... all I want to do, is pay my account.
