On the 17th Sep 2013 at about 06h45 a white van with the SU logo emblazed on the drivers door side performed the following: driver was travelling in a southerly direction on Vanguard Drive. He wished to turn right into Viking Way - but was not in the correct lane (two lanes can turn right). So driver stopped about 4 cars away from the stopping lines, indicated he wished to turn right, then stopped indicating. Then when the robot turned red for the lanes he was in he indicated that he wanted to turn right and driver started leaning on the hooter. Driver then pushed in between cars. Now the main point is his hooting and the fact that this driver did not go to the next intersection and then double back (may have added 500m to his journey) BUT THE ULTIMATE IS THAT HE STOPPED IN THE LANE BEFORE THE ROBOT WAS RED AND COULD HAVE BEEN REAR ENDED-SO PLEASE CAN YOU HIRE DRIVERS WITH VALID LICENCES.
