My power supply was cut on the due date (12/09/2013) and was paid up in full! The last correspondence I received was the statement of my account and it stated that the due date is 12/09/2013.There was a small arrears due to me receiving an estimated reading but this was paid up on the due date. I then sent a e-mail to credit control who returned an e-mail at 09h43-13/09/2013 stating it was sent to reconnection. It is now 14h54-17/09/2013 and still no supply. I have spent over R400-00 on air time trying to get through to the 012-3589999 number option 4/1/2 to find out when reconnection will take place, but no luck (cell phone record can be shown) Please help, this is ridiculous!
