Home Affairs doesn't take the public seriously

I have been a victim of Id and reported it to home affairs and the police and for the last two and a half years have been battling to have this sorted out, I have been passed from one dept to another and still no joy in resolving this matter.
I was even advised by the staff at the Boksburg branch to apply for a new Id no but still nothing as they say i don't have a duplicate id that was issued by them, but the call centre and states that there was a duplicate ID no.
When you finally get cross the managers of the branches and the team leaders talk to you like you are a complete and that you have no idea what you are talking about, but whats even more amazing is that they will tell you that they will looking into the matter themselves and contact you but don't bother and our lovely Director General of Home affairs and the Minister dont answer calls or return messages left for them and the stores and banks where these accounts were opened are just as bad, IE Woolworths, Truworths, nedbank, FNB and Fochini.
