I have called the City of JHB on 011 375 5555 and 086 056 2874. I have been holding on for over an hour and still there is no answer. There is no power where i stay in Bosmont and all i want to know is when it will be back on and yet i cant get through to the call centre. Is there even anyone working at the call centre on a friday afternoon.
I pay my Tax money every month and i dont see why i have to deal with this.
