No service and unaccessible funds

My mother has been getting social grant for her granddaughter as her mother died. She required her new ID number to be linked to the previous ID number as it was incorrect. Grace took the documents promising to resolve the matter but till today nothing has been done. Sassa has confirmed that there is pending social grant from last year not withdrawn. Documents were emailed to Audrey at Marshalltown three weeks ago but My mother went today 02 September 2013 no money and nothing done.

I have sent email to Audrey Francis and replied that she escalated to Maponya if I am not pleased I can go see the local office Manager. After being sent to pillar to post what guarantee do I have that the matter will be sorted out.
