My mother liziwe Mfaniso did not get full amount

My mother Liziwe Mfaniso did not get her old citizen grant in full amount ever since 01 August 2013 till this year 2014 and I do not know what is reason from SASSA, to my suprise she does not have any policy that diduct from her account. I hold your good office with higly respect to inform me what happed because it's her right to get the full amount what ever the case may be she is supposed to be informed before anything being done to her grant. i would like your good office to respond with an immediate effect.
