On saturday 31 August I went to SARS to submitt efilling for tax return, I recieved a great service from the staff who was there at that day / moment. firsly the security lady at the door was nice and smilling, secondly the colored gentleman who was giving numbers and directing poeple was very proffetional, I got more impressed by a teller lady (Margaret Dingane) she was very nice and proffetional, I went home impressed by service I recieved, it was 100% good unlike other Govenrment institutions where staff do not care about customers.
