I have been dealing withthis billing error since December 2010 and I'm not getting any help we keep on getting same answer every time that it will be sorted but NO the only thing that we get is termination of services it is really disgusting that the city made a mistake and we must suffer. I'm really sick of this, we don't know thereto turn now!!!
