I would like to lodge a complaint against City Of Johannesburg
City Of Johannesburg has been billing me for the same thing over and over. Attached is the August 2013 statement, they have back dated the statement from May, but I did receive, May, June & July statement and they did bill me, I am tired of being a victim of City Of Johannesburg and I refuse to pay monies I don't know.
Another issue is that City Of Johannesburg posts pre termination notices outside on my wall fence for the public to see, I know I owe them and I am doing something about it, I am a law abiding citizen and will not be allowed to be humiliated like that, it is a fact that I owe City of Johannesburg, but they have no right to post the letter on my wall for everyone to see.
They have also cut my water in May 2013 and the representative from City Of Johannesburg who cut my water, wanted a R100 bribe, but because I did not take out that money my water was cut off, As a South African Citizen I believe that water is a necessity and it does not give COJ the right to cut off the water if I owe.
