SAPS CRC are useless and rude

Hi guys,

The criminal record centre is not assisting me in processing my police clearance certificate.

Spending roughly 20 minutes trying to get through to an agent is unacceptable!

I submitted my application to douglasdale on the 21-12-2012.

It was only deliverd to the CRC on 03-01-2013. it has still not been processed. it has been 21 days and this is urgent for my australian visa. I spoke to a lady by the name of Lorraine who was rude and not helpful. As well as Nathi Norolea who was rude.

I am begging for assistance, please help.
