On September 2013 my contract at my employer ended and applied for numerous other positions before hand as I knew that I will not be able to be without any work as I have financial obligations that needed to be met. There was one position I was notified that I'm the successful candidate but due to the vetting processes they have picked up that I have a criminal record. I have queried this and it was removed from my name as they have realised that the information was wrongly captured, however I had to apply for a clearance certificate to verify this information. (still waiting to receive this)
My question is, how was information from court wrongly captured as this INCOMPETENCE from SAPS is keeping me from getting any employment as the employer do not have any proof that I DO NOT have a criminal record on my name, another month later and I can not meet my obligations again due to this. This is now affecting my credit scoring and also giving me a bad name with the banks and other suppliers.
I'm 27 years of age, and this huge mistake of SAPS is costing me my future.
