I find it really challenging when Ekhuruleni unlawfully debits my account after I have paid them & each month I do pay them. It is very confusing when I get a FINAL NOTICE threatening me to switch of my electricity for R1, 160.
Ekhuruleni do me a favour first properly investigate the matter, then gather some facts, then execute some sort of communication to your customers before you do FINAL notices since your staff themselves go ahead & make errors yet I have to endure it.
