I am a registered dietician of South Africa working at a government hospital as a locum in Cape Town Western Cape.
When you are a locum you cannot simply be employed privately, you have to go through a locum's agency which has been screened & placed on tender via the Western Cape Department of Health.
The hospital / government health care facility is obliged to go through the cheapest agency because of budget constraints.
I signed up with the cheapest agency known as NBE (Ndalamo Business Enterprise) which is run by only one person at this point who is the owner & a known as Kenneth Ratshisusu. (His number: 082 866 2921)
I did not know that this man was not going to pay me all my hard earned money & every week I would ask him when can I expect my pay which was agreed to be a week in arrears & he would just put the phone down on me & tell me to go to & stop bothering him as he is a busy man.
He now owes me R5700 which he does not intend on paying as I came across another dietician who registered with this agency 2 YEARS ago who is still owed money!!!
No one willing to help so next step is the Labour court but this guy is getting away with UNDER government eye!!!
