I submitted my efilling on-line and got feedback stating that Sars has to pay me back, i waited for the cash only to have Sars put a stopper on my account and when i went to the branch the consultant there didn't know why and instead of him finding out he asked me for solutions like REALLY. He then went off to tell me he will log it. This morning i called the call centre and when i asked the same question why there was a stopper they also couldn't answer, so how do you hire people that don't know their job and she said she has logged it and it will take 21 days to investigate like really to investigate what exactly, i need answers, cause when we owe you, you are quick to let us know and harass us yet when its the other way round we have to fight for our cash, its not on honestly. I am not happy at all
