I applied for a vault copy of my marriage certificate in August last year. I have phoned the customer care line and they told me that it had been sent to the Brakpan branch in September last year. I have requested for a refund which I was told that I cannot have. I have been there on numerous occasions and they keep telling me that they have not received it from there Head Office. I have after numerous occassions just given up.
I am considering opening a criminal case of against them... any suggestions???
