Firstly I was billed with an enormous bill for the month of May more than double my normal bills. I went on to pay 3/4 of this bill and would pay the rest later AFTER I filed a complaint with the municipality about this outrages bill, and NEVER received ANY feedback on my complaint. So time goes by and this morning my power was cut off by them. I was disgusted. So I went to the offices and paid the outstanding amount, and was promised my power would be back on at 14h00. It is now 18h22 and I am sitting in the dark, no meal prepared, no warm water, nothing. My basic human rights as been snatched from me and I am truly disgusted with this service. I am a pensioner of 66 and need electricity for many personal reasons.
