We are very concerned angry and upset residents in Witbank. We pay our accounts every month, but we sit without water and power for days at a time! Our municipal managers and mayor are just not doing their job! They take our money and spend it on everything that's to their benefit, and nothing on what it's suppose to be spend on, like clean water, fixing potholes, removal of rubbish etc. the problem is that we pay for services that we don't get! This is against the constitution! It's our human right to get clean, usable water and electricity? We have started a FB page for support, but this is getting rediculous! They do just as they please, and nobody is taking responsibility and actually doing their jobs, as we the taxpayers expect them to. Is our basic need not to have water, if we pay our bills, where's our electricity, where's the removal of rubbish, where's the fixing and up keeping of our town? We are to pay for things we don't have! Please help us!? Investigate for yourselves and handle our complaint, please?
