Unpleasant smart card transition

Ever since this smart card system started, nothing has gone right. We have been incurring these loading fees that we knew nothing about prior the implementation of this system. The fares have surprisingly increased without anybody informing the commuters. The fees that were advertised earlier on in the year seem to be a way of misleading everybody. Some of the staff are very edgy, irritable and rude. One bus driver who was driving a F2 bus numbered 7060 was already shouting at commuters as early as 06h15 in the morning. That just upset people very much. Then this woman who works at the library gardens east bus stop on market street between harrison and rissik street, who always wears make up and high heels, was also extremely rude on Monday 01.07.2013 to people who didn't know how to tab out of the bus stop. Instead of showing them, she was demeaning and out of line. In addition to all of this, some buses don't have operating machines. People had to be moved from one bus to another due to these machines that don't work. You people need to get your house in order. This week's service has been appalling.
