I went to SARS on Monday in Pretoria north, submitted manually. I got an sms minutes later saying that a notice has been issued and that they need documents. i gave the documents to the guy that was assisting me and he scanned them to the relevant department.
Called the call centre this morning, I held on the for almost an hour spoke to Zinzi Royi.
she told me that she could see anything on the system and that i should go back to the office that assisted me... asked to speak to the supervisor... but she conveniently could not talk to me. Seriously i have to take time off work again to go drop off the same documents i gave them on Monday.
I scan my documents to you but am not going back to Pretoria north again.
