I am very unhappy with the service that I have received or better yet, not received 4rm from Sars. I submitted my tax returns and it came to my attention that there was a substantial amount payable back to me from Sars. Several documents were requested of me, to process these funds, of which I took to the Edenvale branch on 2012-07-06, I called to follow up & was told my doc's were not received, went back on 2012-07-13 & ws served bt Precious Makhubo who apparently did not scan my doc's. I had to re-do everything and even emailed them all other documents they had asked for. No feedback from anyone since that day! The service is appalling and I feel violated as a loyal tax payer. I need this matter to be looked into, iv spent time and money trying to get what's due to me but my efforts hv been fruitless, no one hs ever called to provide feedback, nothing! I'm VERY VERY UNHAPPY!!
