Im currently trying to register a company through the online channel then i found out i had to deposit money in to my virtual account on the CIPC web site which i did do on the 16/05/2013 a payment of R100 then i waited for 4days and nothing was still appearing on that account then by the 20/05/2013 i then made another pay of R100 and till this aday there is no funds in the account.so i have tried to call through the call centre but the voice prompt alsways says hold on the speak to a consultant but no answer eventually the call gets cut off and now all i want is money back.
