After multiple attempts to contact Wonga through their Call Centre (Even after leaving call back requests) no contact was made with me.
I then emailed them to say that their Call Centre was no help. Their response? "Call the Call Centre"
Eventually Blake Collections contacted me and I paid the outstanding amount to them. This was about 2 months ago.
I recently learnt that the outstanding payment exists on my Credit Record as unpaid!!
I emailed Wonga to say they need to contact me immediately, and that I will not attempt with their Call Centre. Their response? "Call the Call Centre"
Disgusted by the service. Sort this out Wonga, I've settled my debt with you.
