We bought a house and it was registered early Nov'12, we went to have the w/l put on to our names during Nov.we started receiving bills for water (we have prepaid Elec) but no account for Rates nd taxes. i finally got through on 5/04/13 where i then found out they opened an new account on the previous owners name for the R/T. i am still waiting for them to correct this, i have followed up 3 times since then with no luck.
i need this sorted ASAP.
