We have recently send a claim against my mothers car that crashed and my brother who was driving died in that accident, he was nominated as a second driver. MiWay came back and rejected the claim saying he was not a regular driver so they would not pay for this claim, over and above that they charged R6000 investigation fees which we dont know what they investigated that costed so much. all in all we are not getting any help from this insurance besides the fact that my mom has lost a son, a car and incured storage fees of the wrackage. i honestly cant believe this insurance would do something like this.
