I applied for firearm licensing in September 2012. I received an sms on the 14th of May 2013 that one of the firearms where approved and the other one is declined. After phoning them for two weeks almost every day is still don't have any answers. when I went to collect the license card, I found that to my surprise that they put someone else's photo on the license as well as I presume his signature and fingerprint. Now that has to be rectified again. Upon receiving the reason for declining the other firearm, I tried to query the reasons, because the reasons given where according to me invalid. Seeing that all the paperwork was done, and the reason given was for lack of evidence.
No one could tell me who is responsible for the two stuff ups, and no one is willing to help. Rather than help I got shouted at numerous times and the phone got slammed in my ear more than I could count.
This is the worst service and is on the edge of corruption.
