I recently purchased one of your company's tactical shotguns. I was unhappy with the service that I received from the firearm supplier, namely Firearm Trust.
When I went to fetch my shot gun, after receiving my Firearm License from the South African Police Services, the owner of Firearm Trust's wife, verbally insulted me. When I finally received my shotgun it was found that everything was loose on it.
Here a few of the faults that were found:
1) The cooling plate has a on mount, the broke when I fired the shotgun for the first time in addition the metal was frail and bent.
2) The shotguns stock was damaged before and after firing it for the first time. In addition to this, the stock came loose aswell.
3) I've also experienced that the loading mechanism is loose aswell.
Based on my line of work, I rely on my shotgun, and I would've expected a better product. I was also told by the firearm dealer, that my Armed shotgun doesn't carry a guarantee. They then proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't be able to get the for the cooling plate, or a new cooling plate, aswell as another stock. Instead proceeded to tell me that I should visit ur company'
