Viewed potential firearm for purchase, told to place down deposit of at least R1500, to secure keeping, as particular firearm in great demand. I went back with total amount, paid cash to ensure particular firearm was secured for me. Competency done, then requested serial no. of already purchased firearm, which should have been kept in their safe until paper work was done, cannot complete paper work, as story upon story is given, waiting for stock, waiting for supplier ect. when in fact, the purchased firearm should, as mentioned, already be there, waiting to be collected after paperwork. Decided to cancel purchase, requested my money be given back, sent my bank detail numerous times, no response, now even the phones are not being answered, sms upon sms remain unanswered, so where is the firearm, and/or where is my money?
