We have paid and submitted all annual return electronically. Since October2012 we have tried phoning the call centre as they are not responding to our fax request for Letter of Goodstanding (this is the only method they operate by - no telephonic or email request will be accepted) and NOBODY is just answering. Their recording plays in your ears for exactly 47 minutes and then just cuts off. Absolutely pathetic that Pretoria is the only centre that Issues letters of goodstanding and yet there is nobody there to even answer their phones let alone assist. How much more work must SA companies loose as a result of poor service from our Government. Really Why pay at all???
