BAD SERVICE

Yesterday being Thursday my services were cut off due to non payment. The notice that was left under my door firstly did not even reflect the correct amount which was outstanding and it also stated that I received I final demand for payment which I did not receive. I know I am guilty for non payment due to the fact that I have been ill.

Proof of payment was emailed timeously to the credit controller where I asked her to please respond to tell me what else I need to pay to get it reconnected. I waited 2 hours and no response. When I then phone I get told she is not in.

And now at 10:30 I get told that they will only be able to reconnect the services during the course of the day on Monday as the money first needs to reflect in their bank account. That is extremely poor service. PEC Metering always used to offer wonderful service. What has happened???
