I had a complaint on 02/10 about an unauthorised debit order. I spoke to Belinda from 'Forensics' department and was promised a refund on Friday 04/10 provided that my money reflects in their account. Since my money was already taken on 30/09 there's no way it was not reflecting by 04/10. After our telephonic conversation I received an email from her stating that my refund was 'in queue' and that the 'matter has been resolved'. No money was paid into my account on Friday so I phoned them today 07/10 to find out why and only then was I informed about ANOTHER procedure that NO ONE told me about last week. Now I have to send a mail stating all my detail as well as why I want my 'application' cancelled. According to me this was already cancelled last week after my conversation with Belinda. I was also supposed to get a reply from this email address that I was given but still got no response. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! All I want is my money back but every time I speak to you people it's some other reason why I can't immediately get my money back. I can't believe these people still get away with this! I'm so sick of struggling to get MY money back from you people.
