WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!

I have been trying for weeks to get my 94 old mother re-registered and issued with a SASSA pension card. We have been sitting in the queues forever, I had to take her to the bank and the police station TWICE to get certified copies of statements, finger prints (the manual way), copies of IDs and my father death certificate (he passed away in 1990 already, rest his soul) and now we have been waiting for the override code for 6 weeks. Nobody can tell me WHY the code is not forthcoming, HOW to get the code or WHO to contact. I will now post this to every possible blogspot, newspaper, radio station and whoever else will listen to let them know just HOW incompetent and rude the SASSA staff are. And yes, I have spoken to their Call Centres as well, to no avail.
