Poor delivery service & no help

Since February 2013 the community of rainbow circle moorton have been reporting power failures. There are at least 10 reference no's to prove this. ethekwini is aware of the problem but after numerous complaints and emails to heads of departments there is still no response or solution. Every week at least 4 days we are left with no electricity due to a fuse blown and it takes 24 hrs to fix. We have asked where to request help from but no one has replied. We have begged for assistance to resolve the on going problem but this has fallen on deaf ears. It is costing us more money to report the problems as we are paying for calls and no one is compensating us for the food we have lost due to the poor delivery service. The department has been reminder we are tax and rate payers and still do not want to assist. It Is frustrating that they cannot even respond to the emails sent for every ref. Not even a response to say we are working on the problem and are aware of it. It is disgusting to think we have to fight for essential services that we are paying for. If anyone has any details we could use to hopefully get a response please respond this community is desperate and needs help.
