I went to the clinic in the morning around 6.00 am so that i can be the first to queue and go to work, which i usually do. They start usually at 7:30 but yesterday they started around 9:00 because who work with the kids was absent which i understand. when the lady who was assisting start working, she decided to start with certain age which my child isnt included. i ask her nicely and politely if i can be assisted because i have a to go to work since i am the 1st in the queue and already time is waisted. she told me she will hurry and i should not limit time when coming to the clinic and i can be absent it doesnt matter. its not up to her to decide for me if i can go to work or not. i decided to take the matter with her superior, they understood and said she would have help me not being mean to me. she didd assits but still continue telling all companies have their 1st priority and me telling her superior is waist of time i should have told Zuma to come and solve my problem. in government department we practice Batho Pele and no principle talks about priority and if she doesnt respect her superior then she should have respect for our President.
