I've been to the clinic (Halfway Gardens i.e Midrand West) a number of times, and i've noticed that the have indicated that they open at 6:45 in the morning and they close at 16:15 in the afternoon. Now yeasterday i took my mom to the clinic i got the at 15:30and was told the clinic was closed, i was told that the 2 people who where inside already where th only one's that would be helped and my mom and me where told to go home as we would not get any assistance.
My question is that why do they have a board that says they open at 6:45 in the morning, when all the time when you get there at that time, they will only start attending to you after two hours, and the closing time they've indicated why arent they sticking to them.
Some of us work far from home, so we have an option of going in the morning, but even when you try to get there early you wait for hours before someone start doing their work. when you try to go in the aftrenoon you get told that the clinic is closed at 15:30...
