My brother was studying with Rosebank college and they handle the account to Maravedi financial solution which I paid up in August and they sent me a paid up letter but when my brother went to get the certificate they say there was no payment made, in one day i have to make more than four calls in different departments which i feel its not fair because i gave the the proof of payment I received from Maravedi. Rosebank college consultants are arrogant and rude I would love that my brother can get his certificate and I don't want anything to do with Rosebank college in my life. I never experience such bad service in my life.
