In May 2012 I made a payment of R3900 into the bank account of Tshwane Munic. I incorrectly entered my account number on the EFT (last digit). I have tried for two years now to have this amount reversed and re-allocated to the correct account number, but have had no luck. Calls to the call centre keep dropping. eMails remain unanswered.
Will someone please contact me so that we can resolve this!!
