Twice I wanted to pay my monthly account, both times the 7 people sitting at the front desk is on lunch, how can you be on lunch but you are sitting at your desk? And then you are told that they will only start working at half past two again. The staff doesn't want to help. If you ask for the person in charge, no one is available. If you call, it takes several calls for n person to answer the phone.
