My meter had a problem a year ago where it was hit by lighting.

Cenltec our electricity suppliers summoner technicians then who fixed the problem and they promised they will be coming back to replace the damaged meter.
No one came back since then, then last Thursday my meter stopped working. I logged another complaint CENTLEC send the Master mind Technician who came into my house harassed my family accusing us of Tempering with the meter box.
I decided to visit Centlec to report the fault when arriving at the head offices in Bloemfontein master mind was there already he was harassing me and i was escorted out of the premises by securities.
Please note same guy visited my house Friday afternoon the meter box was removed and i was quoted R4000 which i fail to understand were it came from.
I have a pile of receipts to show i have been buying electricity how can i buy if i bridged.
Apperantly same thing happed to my neighbor two months back... Are they raising fast cash or what is this???
