I have been phoning the CIPC call centre and emailing them since December 2011 with no reply. No answer to my emails and no answer at their call centre. This is ludicrous. they have now sent me an email stating I have a credit and should be claimed but I don't want to claim it, I need my login problem to be resolved so that I can load my returns and allocate the credit towards those.
This is unacceptable.
How can we run our businesses if the CIPC can't even answer a phone?
Also completed the formal complaint form on their website and emailed it to the address provided only for the email to be returned undelivered.
